Burr Roofing • Siding • Windows (BURR) is sponsoring the following promotion:

1. Complete a Free Drawing slip. This form is your entry in the random drawing to be held no later than November 15, 2012. Your chance in the drawing is not contingent upon you making a purchase. The entry must be completed in its entirety, you must own your own home, be over the age of 18, and reside in our geographical area to be eligible. Only one entry per household per contest will be entered. If you elect to purchase products from BURR or its subsidiaries prior to the drawing, you are still eligible for the drawing, and if you win, the purchase price will be refunded up to the retail value of the prize.

2. No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion, and you do not have to submit to a sales presentation. Void where prohibited by law, rule, or regulation. You may enter this promotion by (i) visiting www.Burr123.com (ii) completing an online entry form, completing an entry form and returning it to the drop box where you obtained it, or by mailing it back to BURR at the address below, or (iii) printing your name and your complete address on a 3”x5” card, writing the words “BURR $10,000 Home Improvement Giveaway” at the top, and mailing the card to BURR at its address below. Mailed entries must be postmarked by November 1, 2012. No more than one (1) entry per household is allowed. BURR is not responsible for any illegible, misplaced, damaged, or late entries. If applicable, the address listed on each entry form must be the address where the prize is to be installed if such entry is selected as the prize winner.

3. Contest ends no later than November 15, 2012. Winner will be selected in a random drawing. Winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail. The winner must claim the prize by December 1, 2012. Order must be placed byFebruary 15, 2013.

4. All prizes guaranteed to be awarded. Odds of winning are based upon the number of entries received. Description: Winner receives $10,000 worth of BURR roofing, siding, window and gutter products. The winner may choose to use the list value of the prize toward the purchase of any BURR roofing, siding, window and gutter products. Only products of BURR will be awarded. No cash or credit will be awarded. If the winner has purchased products of BURR since the entry day, the $10,000 prize may be refunded. Should the order exceed the retail value of $10,000, the winner will be responsible for the list value over the allotted prize amount. All BURR roofing, siding, window and gutter products are professionally installed by BURR and are backed by warranty.

5. Sweepstakes open to owners of single-family dwellings only. Winners must own the home in which the products are to be installed. Commercial structures are not eligible. Employees of BURR affiliated companies, suppliers and advertising or production companies are not eligible. All federal, state, or local regulations apply.

6. The site where the prize is to be installed (if applicable) must be in suitable condition (e.g., no water, mold, structural damage). Any waterproofing, remediation, or other repairs necessary for proper installation (as deemed by BURR or its designees in their sole discretion) must be performed at the prize winner’s expense prior to installation. Installation labor does not include painting, staining, floor coverings, lighting, or HVAC systems. No transfers, substitution in prizes, or cash will be allowed except by BURR, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole or absolute discretion. Upon installation/delivery of a prize, BURR will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the prize winner with the prize winner assuming full ownership and responsibility for the prize.

7. If a prize winner receives BURR professionally installed product, the prize winner understands and agrees to allow the use of his or her home for (1) a showcase open house, to be scheduled by an BURR representative at a mutually convenient time (2) prominent display of a BURR job sign for 60 days.

8. Liability for any applicable taxes, including all federal, state, and local taxes and/or other fees that may apply to prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. BURR will report the prize and name of winner to the IRS in accordance with government regulations. The winner will receive a 1099 form from BURR and is responsible for any incurring taxes.

9. Entries that are lost, late, illegible, or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. BURR reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time or disqualify any entry in good faith. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the winning home is titled.

10. For a winner list, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope within thirty (30) days following the prize period to Burr Roofing, Siding and Windows,11 Corinthian Avenue,Stratford,CT06615including a request for the winner’s name.
