Here are our commitments to you…
- Burr Roofing – Siding – Windows will answer your call with a live receptionist between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday, holidays excepted.
- All of our appointments with you will be kept and on time unless you are notified in advance.
- You will be provided all the necessary tools and information necessary to make you an expert at buying what we sell.
- Your Measure Call (The Estimate)
- If not scheduled immediately, you will be contacted no later than the next business day after we receive your request for an estimate.
- You will be offered several day and time options convenient to you so your manager can properly evaluate your particular situation and take all measurements.
- Somebody from your home will need to be present at this time so we can understand what you need, what you want, and about your dreams for your home.
- This will take approximately one hour.
- Unlike many contractors, we never leave behind, mail or fax your proposal – we feel those are just too impersonal and provide no opportunity for your questions to be answered.
Your Proposal
- Your manager will return within a few days with your estimate to review the Specific Project Details of your project such as the problem(s) found, your good-better-best solution options, and property protection and clean up provisions. Your manager is there to answer all of your questions and to make sure that you are completely comfortable with your proposal.
- You will be offered a “Same-as-Cash” financing option.
- You will be offered our “Sales Cost Savings Plan.”
Your Project
- You can call Burr 24/7 if an emergency situation arises during your project.
- Your project manager will call and let you know approximately when your project will start.
- He will maintain contact with you throughout your project to ensure your 100% satisfaction.
- Throughout the project our office will also call you periodically to keep you apprised of the status of your project, especially in case things like weather have affected your start date.
- One or two business days prior to your installation, we will call you again to let you know that your crew will be at your house the next business day.
- Your project manager will make sure your project is installed to the highest industry standards as laid out by all the manufacturers and industry trade groups like the NRCA (roofing), AAMA (windows) and VSI (vinyl siding).
- Your crew will be well behaved, properly dressed, use polite language, not play music.
- Your crew will make every effort to protect your property and return it to its pre-project state.
- At the end of each day your project manager will let you know what was accomplished, what’s next and when, if it’s more than a one day project.
Post Project
- Upon completion of your project your project manager will ask that you to review the work and to answer any questions you may have.
- Upon receipt of final payment, you will receive your extensive warranties that cover both the materials used and Burr workmanship.
- You will know we’re 100% committed to your 100% satisfaction because we’re not finished until you say we’re finished.
- You will be asked to let Burr and your friends and family know about your experience.
- Our office will even follow up with you annually to make sure that you are still satisfied with our work and your project!
